As the countdown to the 2024 Paralympics in Paris begins,
India is all set to make history with its largest-ever contingent of 84
athletes. The Paralympic Committee of India (PCI) and the Sports Authority of
India (SAI) came together to organize a grand send-off ceremony, celebrating
the spirit, determination, and grit of the athletes who will represent the
nation on the global stage.
The 2024 Paralympics will be a landmark event for India, not
only because of the number of athletes competing but also due to the wide range
of sports they will participate in. From archery to athletics, badminton to
blind judo, the Indian contingent will compete in 12 sports, aiming to bring
home numerous accolades.
