                                  Subhash Rana, is a celebrated para shooting coach, He was awarded the Dronacharya Award for his outstanding contribution in Sports. Known for his dedication and innovative coaching, Rana has inspire  athletes with disabilities to achieve greatness.

                                  His most notable achievement is mentoring Avani Lekhara, the first Indian woman to win a Paralympic gold (Tokyo 2020) in shooting. Under Rana’s guidance, Avani won gold in the 10m Air Rifle and bronze in the 50m Rifle events, making India proud.
